Every tool tier, sword and armor set, with what the upgrade costs and the infusions it takes
Data from build 25583279, updated
Tools climb six tiers from Worn to Mistril, and each step is an anvil recipe of 4 ingots in the new metal. Blacksmithing levels 4, 10, 16, 22 and 28 open the five upgrades. Do the watering can and the axe first, since a bigger charge area (3 tiles in a row on Copper, a 6x9 block on Mistril) saves the most stamina. Fishing rods only gain cast range. The 12 swords and 60 armor pieces are below, and any piece opens to its recipe and shop.
Forged swords take all six weapon infusions. Chest swords out-hit the forged sword of the same tier but take none, so switch to the anvil version once you can infuse it.
