Rotation: one of 2 per kill
Story order, summon items and HP on all five difficulties
The story path runs through 14 of the 23 bosses in a fixed order, starting with Evil’s Protector, Queen Spider and Void Wizard. Incursion bosses climb their own ladder of tiers, and 8 bosses have no summon item at all, so their entries carry the hint the game gives instead.
Most bosses start with a crafted summon item, used in the biome they live in. The ones without an item, such as The Void and Fallen Wizard, are triggered another way.
Health scales across all five difficulties, so Evil’s Protector goes 1,500, 2,500, 3,000, 3,500, 4,000. Damage follows: Queen Spider’s collision hit is 10.4 on casual and 41.6 on brutal. Each entry lists the loot table.
