Guildrun is Leyline's roguelike autobattler, and only the Steam demo (version 0.5.13) is out. You build a team of up to six heroes, watch them fight on a hex board, and spend Shards between fights on duplicates, relics and items. The full game is due in 2027.

A run is twelve fights over two acts, and the Rift Storm starts hurting everyone after 50 seconds, so a stalled fight is a lost fight. A Demon or Hydra closes Act 1 at combat 6, a Fire, Frost or Poison Dragon closes the run at 12. Every win opens a shop. Shards are the only currency: you start with 15, earn 15 to 25 per ordinary win and 75 for a boss, and get 2 more per surviving hero. A loss pays nothing, though a charged Emergency Rewind absorbs it.
Buying a duplicate of a hero in the shop merges them and ranks them up, C to B to A to S. Rank B is the big decision: you choose one of three specializations, 75 across the 25 heroes, and some add a second class. Ranks A and S offer rank modifiers instead, drawn from the hero's class pools, with 99 to find.
Seven classes (Warrior, Tank, Vanguard, Assassin, Duelist, Mystic and Mage) set each hero's primary stat, rank-up growth and modifier pools. Six guilds (Frontline, The Hunt, L'Héritage, A Temple, Gaia Project and Aegis Global) sort the roster by story, and the 0.5.13 data gives them no bonus. Crests and Glyphs can make a hero count as an extra class.
