Perk cards by rarity, level and prerequisite
Data from build 24759944, updated
Eighteen of the 67 Street Smarts are Pacts, perks that charge you for the power: Strength Over Stamina gives +15% damage and takes 10 max stamina. Five Loan perks only work while you owe Big Toni. Many stack to three levels, and Faster Swings climbs +5%, +3%, then +2% attack speed. Mind the prerequisites. Crit perks need a crit source, gambling perks need Gambolito unlocked, and Critical Gold Coins needs Crit Bonus before it can show up.
Special Street Smart
Every crit also drops a gold coin worth 15% of the piggy's loot. Starts after 6 crits in a run.
