Data updated
Anvil is the Epic to chase first. Complete 3 challenges, pay 12 silver, and weapon upgrades can roll one more stat from then on. Rarity splits the pool almost evenly (22 Common, 21 Uncommon, 20 Rare, 22 Epic), with the Golden key and Crypt key in a Quest tier of their own. You start with 38 items in the pool. Everything else unlocks through a quest, some of them odd, like breaking 150 pots for Golden Sneakers.
Unlock prices don't follow rarity neatly. Key costs 3 silver once you've bought 25 chests, Eagle Claw and Toxic Barrel cost 7, and the priciest is Wizard's Hat at 22, just ahead of Pot (stainless steel) at 21 and Snek at 20. Items that start unlocked carry no price. Buy the cheap utility unlocks early; they widen the pool you roll from on every chest.
Most items stack without limit. Four don't. Anvil caps at 1 copy, Overpowered Lamp at 2 and Joe's Dagger at 10, while Za Warudo has a limit of 25 per run. Za Warudo also breaks after one use: it freezes time when a hit would have killed you.
A dashed "?" stands in for a number the game works out during play, which the files don't store.
