16 verbs, and the gear that runs each one
Data from build 24651854, updated
16 processes run PlateUp!’s entire kitchen: Chop and Knead on a plain Counter, Cook on a Hob or an Oven, Freeze only on a Freezer, Copy on a Copying Desk, Research on a Research Desk, and Enchant only at an Enchanting Desk. Every appliance and every dish in the game traces back to one or more of these, so buying the wrong appliance for a recipe means the process it needs just isn’t in the building yet.
Every speed number is relative to the plain version of that appliance, so a Counter chops at 0.75x and a Danger Hob cooks at 2x. The Microwave breaks the pattern and reads “Own timer” instead. The 0.01 in its data isn’t a rate, and the card itself says it cooks anything in a few seconds.
What a chair does. The game counts a customer sitting down as a process of its own.
