R.E.P.O. ships 547 cosmetics split across four body slots, head, body, arms, and legs. Common pieces make up the bulk of that pool at 280, Uncommon adds another 131, Rare covers 105, and only 31 pieces carry the Ultra Rare tag. Most outfits aren't a single unlock. A set like a uniform is usually four separate pieces sharing one name: a left arm, a right arm, a top, and a bottom, so the 547 entries here cover 232 distinct names. Pick a colour for your robot and most gear takes it automatically; 73 pieces ignore that setting and keep the colour they shipped with, whatever you choose.
