Why the core items
ShatterspleenCrits bleed, and bleeding enemies explode on death. Backstab crits count.
Lens-Maker's GlassesEvery front-facing shot that crits applies Shatterspleen's bleed.
BandolierPairs with Desperado. An ammo pack on kill resets cooldowns, which Desperado doesn't.
CrowbarBlast fires a single shot, so the full-health bonus lands cleanly on the first hit.
How to play it
- Every kill adds one Desperado token, but tokens reset on the next stage. Chain kills instead of saving shots.
- Use Shiv first to apply hemorrhage (2000% over 15 seconds, stackable), then Desperado for the 600% shot.
- A crit that kills in one shot never leaves time for the bleed, so it doesn't explode. Wound tougher enemies first.
