Frenzied Leap Melee Bands

HardAoEProcRisky

Frenzied Leap hits for 550%, over the 400% line on Kjaro's Band and Runald's Band. Each enemy it hits takes 2s off its cooldown. Melee Acrid falls off late game, so expect the leap to carry early and mid-run, not the final stages.

Equipment

Primordial CubeGathers a crowd, which also shortens Frenzied Leap's cooldown.

Why the core items

Kjaro's BandFrenzied Leap's 550% hit triggers the flame tornado, and so does a Ravenous Bite on a poisoned, nearly dead target.
Runald's BandSame trigger, plus an 80% slow so enemies stay in the leap zone.
Focus CrystalFrenzied Leap and Bite are both close-range, so the 13m bonus stays on.
Shattering JusticeStrips 60 armor after five hits, which Vicious Wounds' fast chain delivers.

How to play it

Leap into a crowd, not at one enemy. The cooldown refund is per enemy hit.
Late-game melee gets rough. Fire Epidemic first for the poison and let the leap and bands do the rest.
