Why the core items

Lens-Maker's GlassesOne cast rolls crit up to 24 times, so every point of chance pays off.
Harvester's ScytheSlicing Winds gives no invulnerability, and crits at that rate heal 8 each, which covers it.
Ukulele25% per hit across up to 24 hits per cast. Ukulele is great for group fights.
Laser ScopeMerc's hits are small and many, so Laser Scope's extra 100% per crit adds up fast.

How to play it

Fire Slicing Winds at a clustered group. It hits up to three enemies, so a pack triples the damage of a lone target.
Keep Blinding Assault for emergencies. Slicing Winds has no invulnerability, so the dash is your only i-frame.
Shatterspleen is the boss drop to hope for. Crits bleed, and bleeding enemies explode on death.
