Brainstalks Flamethrower

HardCooldownsLate gameRisky

Kill an elite with Brainstalks and every skill has no cooldown for 4 seconds, so Flamethrower, Nano-Bomb and Snapfreeze can all be spammed. Purity and Alien Head shorten the wait between elites. Purity also rolls luck against you, and Flamethrower's ignite chance is luck-based.

Why the core items

BrainstalksBrainstalks removes every cooldown for 4 seconds after an elite kill.
Alien HeadAlien Head cuts skill cooldowns by 25%, so skills are ready again between elite kills.
PurityPurity cuts every cooldown by 2 seconds and tilts every random roll against you.
Soldier's SyringeAttack speed adds ticks to Flamethrower and shortens Nano-Bomb charging.

How to play it

Open with a kill on an elite, then burn everything while the frenzy lasts. Old Guillotine kills elites below 13% health instantly and keeps frenzies coming.
Tougher Times isn't affected by luck, so it still works under Purity. Flamethrower can't be used while sprinting.
