Ion Surge Skybound

HardMobilityBoss killerRisky

Ion Surge launches you upward for 800% and a stun, and movement speed makes it fly higher. Stack Paul's Goat Hoof and Hopoo Feather, fight from the air, and rely on Crowbar and Monster Tooth to scale. Too much speed can pin you against ceilings.
