Why the core items

Backup MagazineBackup Magazine is what multiplies Drill, since each charge is another zone on the ground.
Soldier's SyringeInject's last syringe heals for 60% of damage dealt, so attack speed is also healing.
Paul's Goat HoofREX is the slowest survivor, so Paul's Goat Hoof is essential.
Leeching SeedDrill hits 16 times per cast, and each hit heals 1.

How to play it

Lay Drill over a doorway or choke point and let enemies walk through it.
Harvest locks out your skills for 1 second after it fires, so aim it at something you can kill soon. The fruits only drop on death.
Keep firing Inject between secondaries. Its last syringe is your steady heal.
