Thorns Spite
MediumProcTankAoEREX's HP costs count as damage taken, so every Seed Barrage and Bramble Volley sets off Razorwire, Planula and Medkit. Seed Barrage has a 0.5 second cooldown, so you can fire it constantly, and Harvest's fruits refill the tank.

Why the core items
RazorwireRazorwire explodes for 160% on any HP-cost skill. It's especially good on REX, and very effective with Seed Barrage.
PlanulaPlanula heals 15 per hit you take, and HP costs count as damage. Each Seed Barrage pays you back.
MedkitHeals 20 plus 5% of max health 2 seconds after each cost.
How to play it
- Open with Bramble Volley when a group closes in. It heals per target and the cost still pops your items.
- Costs scale off current health, so they get cheaper as you drop, and they cannot kill you.
- Armor makes Seed Barrage and Bramble Volley cheaper, which also makes each proc smaller. Don't stack it for this build.
