Take at Rank B
The HoarderAdds Tank
Adds Tank and 30 Defense, and for Rush (20) every Tank or Vanguard hit by an auto attack hits back for 1 per Shard generated this game. Backup, so it keeps paying from the reserve.
Instead
Control for the front line: an active mace swing that Stuns for 3 seconds and makes a random item every 4 casts.
Instead
One more item slot and Rush Shields per equipped item. Sounds greedy, plays weaker than the other two.
Brutal Vitality is the standout: 1000 Max HP and 20 Omnivamp on a hero who already has 1150 HP at Rank C.
Unlocked at 1250 XP. Front-row Vanguard. Red Hot Deals eats his leftmost item after every surviving combat, so park a cheap Common there and keep the good stuff to the right.
Niklas has an extra item slot. When he survives combat, consume the item in his leftmost item slot to permanently gain 50 (+25 per )% of its stats and Shards equal to 80% of its value.
For Rush (14), auto attacks inflict 1 (+1 per 500 ) Burn per equipped item.

He's who Aegis sends when something has to move quietly: officially an acquisitions lead, unofficially their smuggler-in-chief. Self-made, and long decided that fairness is a luxury for people who can afford to lose. Nothing leaves a rift in his presence without a cut for him.
Aegis pays well, but it watches everything and owns everything he touches. A new guild is an open market: fewer eyes, a bigger margin, first pick of whatever comes out of a rift before it's logged. He's switching if he believes you're the better deal.
