Why the core items
Cautious SlugTwo Cautious Slugs stop the drain out of combat, and a third makes you regenerate normally.
Rejuvenation RackRejuvenation Rack adds +100% healing per stack, which makes Shadowfade far stronger. It amplifies the drain too.
Harvester's ScytheHarvester's Scythe heals on every crit, and Hungering Gaze fires a flurry of shards.
Lens-Maker's GlassesCrit chance feeds the Scythe.
How to play it
- Use Shadowfade on cooldown, not as a panic button. Every skipped heal is health you never get back.
- Skip Spinel Tonic. It amplifies negative regeneration.
- Shrines of Order and Cleansing Pools can strip Heresy items, which breaks your skills. Stay away from both.
