Which seeds pay best per tile each season, with growth days, seed shops and 73 forageables and trees

Buy the 300t seeds. Peas, Tea, Onion and Snow Peas each come up in 5 days and then regrow every 3, so one seed planted on day 1 gives you 8 harvests before the season ends. That works out to 780t a tile in Spring, Summer and Fall and 700t in Winter. The cheap 9-day crops (Cabbage, Watermelon, Pumpkin, Daikon Radish) sell for 180t each but only fit 3 harvests in a season, which leaves 330t after seeds. Late in the month that flips, so set the planner below to the day you are planting.
One tile, raw sell price, one crop per harvest. A crop that doesn’t regrow gets replanted the day it comes up and costs a seed every time. A regrower costs one seed and pays out every few days until the season ends on day 28. Seeds that no shop sells count as free. There are no quality or perk bonuses baked in, so treat every figure as the floor.
Crops only grow on days you water them, and anything seasonal withers at the end of day 28. Harvest Time, a level 30 Farming perk, takes a day off the first harvest of the 11 nine-day crops. Every Pumpkin replant counts as a first harvest, but 27 days still only fits 3 of them, so the perk mostly helps when you plant late.
Seven saplings sell for 400t at the General Store and Balor’s Wagon: Apple, Cherry, Lemon, Orange, Peach, Pear and Pomegranate. They take 14 days to grow, then fruit every 3 days in their own season, and they don’t die when the season turns. Give each one a clear 3x3 patch.
Basil, Garlic, Lilac, Jasmine and 16 other plants grow from seeds you can’t buy. Prepared Picker, the first Farming perk, makes picked forageables drop their seed now and then. Bountiful does the same when you water a crop. A bed of free herbs is low money, but the dishes that need them add up.
