Tier 0 corpses come in 15 templates, and each of the four tiers above it has 9. Organs are the main lever on a body's skulls: 36 variants, plus 12 injections and 3 zombie collars that adjust the result afterward.
A body's skulls are the sum over everything in it: organs, pocket items, injections. White skulls cap the grave's quality. Red skulls subtract from it, and they decide which zombie collar fits. GK2 has no green skulls, so ignore advice carried over from the first game.
Autopsy grades each operation against a silver and a gold mark, and your mastery sets which one you reach. Gold on a removal drops the organ into your inventory. Silver destroys it. Fall short of silver and you've made a Surgeon's Error.
Embalming solutions add white or red skulls. Injections trade one colour for the other, which turns a red-heavy body into a white-heavy one.
A zombie collar only fits a body whose red skulls sit inside its window. Bronze takes up to 5, Gold up to 10, Steel up to 99. For zombies, red skulls are the point.

Skulls of a whole body as it arrives: its six organs plus its pocket items, before any autopsy or injection.
